1、Color consistency

What is color consistency ? In fact , lighting effect including two parts : 1.the unformity of the light emitting from the LED lights ;2.the color temprature of the LED lights . Why do I have to point this out ? Because this is a fundamental principle to distinguish good LED strip lights from the bad ones .

High quality LED lights with evenly emitting light means :

1.The luminance of every single LED light bead being the same .

2.The beginning and the end side of the LED strip light remains the same luminance . LED strip light is drived by power . So what is color temperature ?

When it comes to the color temperature , there is anther concept that has to be brought to the topic–color tolerance adjustment. Color Tolerance Adjustment refers to the difference between the calculated formula and the target standard . To a single light source under calculation , the smaller the value , the higher the accuracy . But it should be noted that it represents only a light source under the color comparison , failed to detect the deviation under different light source .

As the blackbody radiation photograph ( also called Plank Curve ) shows , there is some color difference although they are all 3000K .

2.Color Rendering Index(CRI)

CRI is most significant part in occasion of LED strip lights using. When it applied to a large area as a basical lighting or display lighting used in showcase , professional LED strip llihts required CRI Ra＞80.Also National standard GB50034-201 requires.
